Architect Pham Hong Son – Art Director

In his role as Art Director, he ensures each project strikes a harmonious balance between:

Engineer Tran Phuc Duc – Technical Director

If Architect Hong Son is the artistic soul of the beautiful villa creations, Architect Phuc Duc is the one who ensures that the completion of the project is “actualized” and executed with absolute precision.

In his role as the principal construction architect, he possesses a deep understanding of structural engineering, technical standards, and particularly design solutions for high-end modern villas tailored to the tropical climate.

Together with Huy Hieu in his capacity as an assistant to the CEO, he is in charge of:

Pham Van Phuc (also known by his moniker: Phuc An Khang) is the individual in charge of developing and deploying the entire Landscape Architecture sector within the 3A Signature – 3A Landscape ecosystem.

With the orientation of creating living spaces that harmonize humans – nature – architecture, he is responsible for researching and implementing sustainable landscape solutions, optimizing microclimates, and elevating the quality of the living experience for villa projects and resort developments.

In 3A Signature’s projects, the landscape does not merely play a decorative role but is considered a second layer of architecture for the house where greenery, water features, and natural materials collectively participate in regulating temperature, creating shade, channeling wind, and delivering a resort-like emotion right within the daily living space.
