The Tropical Modern architectural style was chosen for this Binh Duong Villa project, with the brilliant integration of nature into the living space. The overall block and corbel ceilings create the facade with sufficient height while the rear is higher to create more depth.

Located within the city, the challenge posed by the customer is how to maintain the villa’s cool temperature, breeziness, and the ‘resort-like’ atmosphere. Understanding these wishes, 3A Signature was able to enthusiastically and successfully solve the problem.

The villa’s main entrance is designed to ensure both privacy and safety, while expressing the unique beauty of the villa. An 8-meter space in the front yard acts as the partition separating the villa from the crowded city; it also functions as a garage and a natural landscape which fosters a calm and meditative ambience for the owner when they return home, a space to regulate temperature and ventilation to maintain the villa’s coolness even during the summer days.
